Once upon a time in HIS...
Borrador: Hey, how are you?
Pollito: Mmmm fine I guess....
Borrador: What's wrong?
Pollito: Well, what happens is that I'm stressed out, like I have to do my CDGP and many projects, I have to take history notes, memorize "Encore", do a H. Pulse...
Borrador: Okay, looks like you are really busy.
Pollito: Yes but right now I want to do something that makes me feel better, like more relaxed.
Borrador: Well today is Wednesday, you can come rock climbing.
Pollito: Mmmmmm I don't know.
Borrador: Do you want to try something new and have a good time? come rock climbing
Pollito: Convince me and I will go.
Borrador: Okay, besides reducing stress, it also combines cardio and strength into a single workout, it strengthens and tones your muscles and increases your flexibility and mental strength
Pollito: But, how is that supposed to make me feel better?
Borrador: When you do rock climbing, you forget about your problems and focus only on getting to the top.
Pollito: There is only one problem: I'm young and I don't want to die if I fall.
Borrador: That is not going to happen, you are tied into one end of the rope and the other end of the rope is held by another person, let me put it this way, the worst thing that can happen to you is getting fat because of the every-wednesday tapioca.
Pollito: Then I will go, thanks for helping me.
They both went to rock climbing, Pollito discovered his new favorite sport and they lived happily ever after.
